Because our customers demand; world-class levels of quality, we are committed to maintaining a robust Six Sigma process and ISO 9001:2000 certification.

Together - Six Sigma and ISO 9001:2000 Deliver

  • World-class LED system reliability and performance
  • Better quality with lower defect rates
  • More accurate order processing
  • Superior employee and organizational responsiveness

So, what exactly is Six Sigma?
"Sigma" is a statistical term that measures how far a process deviates from perfection. The central idea behind Six Sigma is that by measuring how many "defects" we have in a process, we can systematically figure out how to eliminate them and get as close as possible to "zero defects."

To achieve Six Sigma quality, a process must produce no more than 3.4 defects per million opportunities. These opportunities are defined as a chance for non-conformance or not meeting required specifications. We work hard each day to improve quality levels in both products and services as we move closer to our ultimate goal of Six Sigma perfection.
